You’ll lead from the front guiding clients through discovery, shaping functional designs, and configuring D365 CE to meet strategic goals. This is a contract opportunity for someone who thrives in delivery environments, brings deep product expertise, and enjoys collaborating with purpose-led teams.What You’ll Be DrivingLead client-facing discovery workshops, translating business needs into functional designs that deliver valueConfigure and customise Dynamics 365 CE to reflect client goals and ways of workingCollaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and deliveryProvide strategic input and best practice guidance across the full project lifecycleAct as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximise their D365 investmentContribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing across the project delivery teamWhat You’ll BringProven experience delivering D365 CE projects in a lead functional roleStrong knowledge of CE modules across Sales, Service, MarketingConfident facilitator of workshops, able to translate requirements into scalable solutionsSkilled in configuration, customisation, and stakeholder engagementPassion for purpose-led work and creating meaningful outcomesWhat We OfferCompetitive day rate (outside IR35)Flexible working arrangementsOpportunity to lead high-impact projectsCollaborative and innovative team culture
