This position is a full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday, just north of Petersfield. This is an excellent opportunity to truly make a difference in an organisation with exciting growth plans, and you certainly won’t be bored in this role as no two days are the sameSome of your duties for this will include:Reviewing candidates and CVs Carrying out video interviews to screen candidatesHeadhunting for roles using various sourcing platforms Promoting the employer brand through job fairs, recruitment and other networking events Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders Responsible for the running of assessment and open daysPrevious recruitment experience is essential, pure resourcing or recruitment would be considered. You will have fantastic organisational skills, be IT literate and be able to work well under pressure In return our client is offering a salary of £27,000 plus bonus and some fantastic benefits, including; 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and on-site parking.
