Role and Responsibilities: As a Care Assistant you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include but arent limited to:  Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming.  Supporting clients with mobility and ensuring their safety.  Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks.  Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful activities.  Following individual care plans and reporting any changes in clients conditions.  Maintaining accurate records of care provided.  What We Offer:  Award-Winning Training: Comprehensive fully paid training to help you achieve your Care Certificate.  Career Development: Opportunities to gain further qualifications and pursue career advancement within Home Instead. Paid for time spent traveling additional to 45p per mile.
