This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile aviation projects across the Middle East within a forward-thinking collaborative environment that values both technical excellence and design integrity.Role OverviewThis full-time permanent position offers a hands-on technical role focused on Building Information Modelling (BIM) coordination and digital project delivery. Based in a vibrant Central London studio the position operates under a flexible hybrid working policy requiring a minimum of two office days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesBIM & Technical Delivery:Develop and manage coordinated BIM models in line with project goals particularly for aviation schemes across the Middle East.Work closely with architects engineers and consultants to ensure accurate digital representation and coordination of design elements.Support the integration of structural MEP and specialist design components within federated models.Maintain and enforce project BIM protocols workflows and naming conventions.Project Support:Collaborate with project teams across multiple RIBA Plan of Work stages (26) from design through to technical delivery.Assist in the production of high-quality technical drawings schedules and supporting documentation.Coordinate with external stakeholders and ensure model compliance with client and regional requirements.Digital Innovation & Standards:Maintain BIM documentation templates and libraries in line with industry and practice standards.Provide technical input during internal reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes.Stay up to date with digital tools technologies and relevant international standards.Professional Development:Participate in CPD sessions and maintain technical skill development.Contribute to training and mentoring of junior team members where appropriate.RequirementsProven experience in a BIM Technician or similar technical role within architecture or construction.Strong Revit skills with a deep understanding of BIM Level 2 workflows and collaborative processes.Experience working on large-scale aviation infrastructure or international projects is highly desirable.Knowledge of Navisworks AutoCAD and other relevant software platforms.Familiarity with international building codes and Middle Eastern project standards is advantageous.Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive detail-focused approach.BenefitsCompetitive salary of reflective of experience.Comprehensive package including private medical insurance eyecare vouchers 10 paid sick days annually and a 5% employer pension contribution within 90 days of joining.Flexible hybrid working (minimum 2 office days/week) and up to 10 remote working days per year.Generous leave: 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and additional days between Christmas and New Year.Ongoing development through CPD sessions Revit training and access to LinkedIn Learning.Wellness and lifestyle perks: cycle-to-work scheme fresh fruit in the office group life insurance and discretionary profit-sharing.A supportive inclusive workplace committed to equality and diversity.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Aeronautical,Healthcare Attorney,Fitness,General Services,Account Management,Export Documentation Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 40000 - 50000
