Claims Operations Manager

- Motivating and supporting a team of Claims Managers and their claims teams
- Supporting claims managers with all departmental activities including resource, quality, and strategy
- Acting as technical and procedural referral for claims handlers and managers where necessary
- Monitoring and controlling team and department portfolios
- Attending client meetings
- Driving quality in the department
- Supporting with auditing as required
- Extensive operations experience
- Extensive motor claims handling experience within in a Legal/Insurance environment
- Previous management experience is essential
- Enthusiastic individual with a positive and “can do” attitude
- Legal background/education would be beneficial but not essential
- Able to demonstrate leadership skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in meeting targets and completing tasks at the required level, promptly and efficiently, while maintaining a strong focus on attention to detail
