The role
A super exciting opportunity has opened within this close knit team where you will lead the charge on staffing for all events including casual staff and agency staff across the different departments; from hospitality to customer services and events support. The role will manage high volume staffing on events, and will be heavily admin focused ensuring that all payroll and timesheets are entered correct onto the HR system. Working closely with temporary staffing agencies as well as internal HR and recruitment departments is also key.
About you
We are looking for a super organised and unflappable Staffing Manager with experience in the venues, events, leisure or hospitality industries and the ability to hand high volume staffing campaigns. You will be an excellent communicator and build strong relationships both internally and externally. Experience in using payroll and HR software as well as strong Excel skills is key. Monday to Friday office based with weekend and some bank holiday work and flexibility needed due to the nature of the industry.
