Role Overview:
As a Client Services Associate in our SIPP Servicing Team, you will be one of the first points of contact for clients and advisers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service and support, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance on our products and services. We will provide you with full training on the products and services we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone & email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Assist clients with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company policies.
What we need from you:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in a customer service role within financial services would be preferable but not essential
