Our client is looking for someone with a natural flare for detail and personal service as well as a strong proven record in hitting targets. Key responsibilities of a Client Advisor:

  • Providing outstanding customer service, inspiring purchases and maximising retail sales
  • Upholding housekeeping standards
  • Assist with availability and processing of stock
  • High levels of customer interaction with a wide range of people in the retail environment
  • Providing a first-class shopping experience by promoting additional benefits / services
  • Ensuring the security of the product
  • Processing transactions through till system
  • Approaching customers with an energetic, positive and professional attitude
  • Must be able to represent the brand and its values at all times.

Requirements for a Client Advisor:

  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and keen interest in fashion and accessories
  • Have excellent self presentation
  • Have previous experience within luxury retail, sales and clientelling
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, polite with an outgoing personality
  • Demonstrate a proactive and consultative approach
  • Must be flexible to work on weekends
  • Language skills beneficial, but not essential

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary. As well as your basic salary you will earn a discretionary commission scheme based on sales. The company will also offer a uniform allowance, private medical insurance, pension and various other company perks.
