About our client

Our client is a leading investment trust, which deploys capital through fund investments and co-investments in the private markets space.

With the opportunity to report directly to the Head of Private Equity, and work closely with the Head of Venture Capital, this role will give you fantastic exposure from the offset. It is a lean, impressive team who will provide the opportunity for personal growth with exposure to a variety of investment strategies. What the job involves
  • Analysing and executing new investments across Co-Investments and Primary Fund opportunities
  • Monitoring the existing portfolio and providing internal reports
  • Helping to research and build new relationships, as well as to maintain established relationships for the organisation
  • Work alongside colleagues for preparation of semi-annual valuations across the portfolio
Who we are looking for
  • Relevant buyside experience within pension fund, SWF, family office, or private equity firm
  • Preferable additional experience within investment banking or corporate finance
  • Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to present both internally and externally to all levels of seniority
  • Strong team player with entrepreneurial attitude
  • Experience of detailed modelling, writing investment papers, deal processes, due diligence and valuations
