Team People OperationsWorking Pattern -Hybrid 2 days per week in the Vitality Stockport time fixed term 12 months 35 hours per week.Start Date - January 2026We are happy to discuss flexible workingTop 3 skills needed for this role:Experience working with HR systemsKnowledge of HR policies and proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detailWhat this role is all about:As a People Administrator at Vitality youll play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience. Youll ensure our People systems are accurate and up to date and youll produce essential HR documentation such as contracts and letters for changes in job title working hours or salary.Youll be the first point of contact for employees providing clear and friendly support to resolve their HR Administration queries. For more complex matters youll work closely with our HR Advisors and HR Business Partners to ensure every employee receives the right guidance and support.Your attention to detail and commitment to great service will help us maintain a positive and efficient HR function that supports our people and our business.Key ActionsProvides accurate HR and query support to Vitality employees in a professional and courteous manner. Supporting the administration of Vitality colleagues through the full colleague lifecycle from new starters to leavers and everything in betweenUpdate maintain and amend the HR & Payroll system (Success Factors) ensuring all information is accurate and processed in accordance with the current agreed SLA.First contact resolution for all queries coming through our HR Ticket system (My Service) and shared HR Inbox.Build effective relationships with the business to gain knowledge of the areas that are supported by HR.Accurately produces quality controls and distributes HR related letters and documents within the set service level agreements (SLAs).Producing references for ex-employees.Use own initiative to look for ways of creating/increasing efficiencies and autonomy within the People Operations functionality.File all paperwork electronically to staff files. Purge any files and maintain appropriately within the current retention data guidelines.Ensures the pre-employment checking process is completed for all new starters and highlight any discrepancies or incompletion of cases to the HR Operations Manager in a timely manner.To undertake ad hoc projects when required including note taking for ER cases when required.Has a proactive approach to working and continuously improves processes and identifies solutions.Keeps up to date with legislation changesWork closely with the People Operations Manager and Regulatory Affairs team to co-ordinate the SM&CR process including engaging with key stakeholders through end-to-end process.
