Your Role


As a Partner Lead at TEM energy, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing partner success and driving additional value through proactive engagement with current partners and customers. You'll play a pivotal role in executing the go-to-market strategy for acquiring new partners, working closely with marketing to deliver customized field and account marketing initiatives. Analyzing performance metrics will be key, as you identify opportunities to drive initiatives aimed at improving both customer and partner performance. Additionally, you'll be responsible for creating and refining partner materials to ensure effective communication and collaboration.


Who you are


  • 0-3 years' experience in partner management, sales or customer success roles within the clean energy or tech industry
  • Experience developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies for partner acquisition
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from performance data and drive actionable initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to tailor messages for different stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Familiarity with AI-based technologies and their applications in the energy sector is a plus
  • Passionate about sustainability and clean energy initiatives, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets
  • Innovative thinker who continuously seeks out opportunities for improvement and growth


What the job involves


  • Connect with both existing and prospective tem. renewable energy generators to help increase our selection in terms of energy provision and drive additional value
  • Support and implement go-to-market strategy for new partner acquisition, including qualifying leads and customer deals to a high standard and understanding 1) pipeline timing, 2) IC requirements for deal-signing and 3) the criteria for market-leading deals in terms of product and creditworthiness
  • Specialise on the “sell-side” (working primarily with energy generators), but continue to support and collaborate with the wider Team including the “buy-side”
  • Can map the entire generation industry both in terms of each individual asset in the UK, its ownership structure, timing of new deals and insights to the type of product each asset wants to contract with.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to streamline customer contracts and improve the overall customer experience and onboarding process.
