If the values align with you and what you are about, then we might be a good fit for each otherROLEAs a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your client portfolio and specialist discipline in a thriving, high-growth market. You’ll lead the entire 360 recruitment process from taking detailed client briefs to implementing and delivering effective recruitment strategies tailored to businesses within your specialism.We work in a grown-up environment and pride ourselves in placing the right person, into the right business, at the right time.RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and develop exceptional both candidate and client relationships.Research and understand your specialism (sector, disciplines and regions) in which you recruit to identify clients and candidates.Create, implement and maintain candidate attraction strategies.Attend and chair meetings in a consultative & professional manner.Recognise and strive to meet client's hiring needs.Managing an inception to completion recruitment process from initial client communication, taking job briefs through to sourcing candidates, interviewing and to offer stage and post placement aftercare.Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.REMUNERATION£26,000 - £30,000 basic salary (£40,000 - £50,000 OTE)Uncapped commission from day oneCar allowancePension contributionCycle to work schemePrivate medical insuranceRealistic opportunities and expectations to progress your careerMonthly 121's and appraisalsHybrid working optionFinish early FridaysMental Health First AiderRetail and store discountsEnhanced maternity and paternity payAnnual salary reviewFlexible working hoursGym discountsTraining, learning and development opportunities through Professional Development PlansCAREERThe career opportunities are wide and varied, whether you want to become a Manager of a team, Director of a sector or focus on a billing role, we can offer all of these as you progress through your journey at Atkins Search.
