The centre is committed to excellence and innovation in healthcare, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment promptly. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) for locum shifts at a UTC in Portsmouth.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients with a wide range of urgent health conditions.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills and knowledge to make informed decisions and manage complex cases.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Registered Nurse, Paramedic or Allied Health Professional with a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
- Current registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., NMC, HCPC).
- Extensive experience in urgent or emergency care settings.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A supportive and collaborative working environment.

- Up to £52 per hour
