Our client is looking for a Import Customs Brokerage Agent x2SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service. WHAT YOU DO: Tasks and Duties • Receive documents. • Prepare customs entries in Customs ware or other customs software. • Understand the elements of the Import & export customs SOP. • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating systems. • Ensure timely customs clearance of shipments. • Monitor customs clearances and communicate with Customers. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING TO US : • Global logistics industry knowledge • Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word) • Fluent in English Product Agent Job Specific Performance Expectations • Timely and Accurate Shipment Processing Ensures smooth and timely freight process flow according to Company operational procedures.
