Delighted to be working with this Global organisation as they seek an experienced Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits, EMEA. Reporting into the Global Lead, this role leads a Regional team across EMEA with responsibility for developing, managing and delivering reward & benefits strategies. The position works very closely with Regional HR and Business Leads across EMEA to understand where reward and benefits interventions can have the most impact. This is largely a strategically led role, alongside cyclical activity you will be responsible a number of key projects including EU pay transparency across the region, wellbeing and aligning benefits regionally. You will also be a key influence and be strongly involved in the global reward and benefits strategy. You will be an experienced Reward professional with technical understanding of compensation and benefits structures within EMEA preferably within a Financial or Professional Services environment (or similar corporate structure). Able to identify and build relationships with key stakeholders at a senior level, you will be able to evidence strong collaboration, a pro-active approach and be solutions focused.
