Community Associate Location: City- Across 3 locations My client is seeking a proactive and personable Community Associate to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of one of our vibrant work spaces. This role plays a vital part in ensuring an exceptional member experience, managing daily operations, and fostering a strong sense of community. Key Responsibilities 1. Front Desk & Guest Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organised entrance area. Deliver excellent hospitality and customer service during key business hours. 2. Member Relations & Community Building Develop meaningful relationships with members to understand their needs and foster engagement. Proactively connect members to encourage collaboration and support a strong community culture. Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the brand, values, and offerings. 3. Operational Support Monitor and maintain the functionality of building facilities. Liaise with external suppliers and contractors to resolve issues efficiently. Ensure that operational standards and cleanliness are consistently upheld. 4. Event Facilitation Assist with the planning and execution of community events and programming.
