We are working with a growing aviation business, to find an experienced Account Manager to join a dynamic, growing sales team. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be joining a dynamic and proactive team, and will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of the existing client base whilst developing new business. You will be professional, reliable and consistent on your work, and easily able to balance the ability to drive growth whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service.

Account Manager responsibilities include:

  • Instigating and nurturing new business relationships through networking at face to face even and through proactive marketing
  • Setting up business meetings and travelling to clients to maintain and develop existing relationships
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction to maintain the company's reputation

We are ideally looking or applicants who have already gained exposure within customer service, account management or business development in the aviation sector. You will be able to demonstrate a solid track record of negotiation and building relationships on order to grow your client base.

Working in the office Monday to Friday, your passion and drive will be rewarded with the opportunity to earn a high level of commission monthly, with an OTE up to 95k annually. The working environment is fun, fast paced and professional, and the company offers excellent benefits to their employees.
