Social Media Executive


We are a vibrant and innovative startup dedicated to curating the perfect gifting experience for babies and their families. Our unique range of products celebrates the joy of welcoming a new life and makes every moment memorable. We're looking for a passionate Social Media Executive to help us share our story, engage with our community, and grow our brand presence.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts, that aligns with our brand voice and values.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging and visual aesthetics.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to identify trends and insights for optimising strategies.
  • Influencer & Brand Collaborations: Identify and engage with influencers and potential brand partners to expand our reach and strengthen our brand image.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices, and implement them where appropriate.
  • Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives and visual stories that resonate with our target audience, including new parents, gift-givers, and baby product enthusiasts.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management in a consumer brand or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong creative skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Later, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights).
  • A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for the baby and gifting industry is a plus
