Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation : Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts, that aligns with our brand voice and values.
- Social Media Management : Manage and maintain our social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging and visual aesthetics.
- Community Engagement : Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Campaign Planning & Execution : Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting : Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to identify trends and insights for optimising strategies.
- Influencer & Brand Collaborations : Identify and engage with influencers and potential brand partners to expand our reach and strengthen our brand image.
- Market Research : Stay updated on social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices, and implement them where appropriate.
- Brand Storytelling : Craft compelling narratives and visual stories that resonate with our target audience, including new parents, gift-givers, and baby product enthusiasts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management in a consumer brand or e-commerce environment.
- Strong creative skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Later, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights).
- A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for the baby and gifting industry is a plus
