Job Description: This is a development and client support role that will be tailored to the individual. The purpose of the role is to support the day-to-day running of a major brand key account ensuring great customer service is provided and service excellence is delivered. The candidate would be expected to be a quick learner, challenge the effectiveness of business processes which underpin performance, contribute to continuous improvement projects, participate in customer meetings, respond to customer queries and drive value for TVS and performance for the client. This is not a sales position. It is about providing service, understanding processes and supporting the client Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with the client. - Support the wider TVS SCS team to ensure contract performance KPI’s and inspirational service is delivered - Work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure contracted profit and revenue targets are achieved - Identify and suggest continuous improvement ideas and cost-down opportunities to the client - To support the customer and TVS SCS in reviewing the effectiveness of KPI’s and performance measurement of the contracts - Support the customer in preparing and delivering monthly & quarterly client meetings - Suggest flexible & innovative solutions to the client’s operational issues - Build and maintain relationships with all key internal stakeh...
