This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced researcher or business analyst to help shape our strategic growth, support high-value pursuits, and unlock new opportunities across global markets. In this role, you’ll transform complex market and client intelligence into clear, actionable insights that inform our approach to winning work and expanding our presence across sectors and geographies.What You’ll Be DoingSource, analyse and synthesise market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth, grounded in a strong understanding of clients, competitors, and market dynamicsWork closely with leadership to support the identification of priority sectors, locations, and routes to marketCritically review propositions against client requirements and evolving market conditionsContribute to sector and market strategies as part of the business planning processAnalyse competitor positioning and client drivers for major opportunities in partnership with the Bids and Marketing teamsCreate clear, accessible and actionable strategic briefings for senior managementMonitor long-range opportunities and help studios position early for successGather and interpret client feedback to identify trends and insightsDevelop a deep understanding of the Foster + Partners portfolio and capabilitiesChampion equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) by integrating its principles into relevant workstreamsEnsure compliance with Foster + Partners’ procedures and standardsWhat We're Looking For:Experience as a business development researcher, data analyst, research analyst, pursuit strategist or similar role within design or professional servicesExperience with tools such as, GlobalData and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorExcellent communication skills and a high standard of written EnglishAbility to simplify complex ideas and present data in engaging, user-friendly formatsProactive problem-solving ability and confidence working with senior stakeholdersAbility to build strong rapport across all levels of the businessIf you're passionate about turning insight into strategy and want to help shape the future direction of a world-leading design practice, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now and help us drive the next wave of strategic growth at Foster + Partners.
