My client, a well-established and reputable organisation, based on the outskirts of Maidstone is looking to recruit a Payroll Officer to join them on a temporary basis.
Duties will include:
- Responsible for processing and managing the complete Payroll function
- Processing new starters, leavers, contract details and additional payments
- Producing monthly reports including pensions and HMRC
- Keeping up to date with relevant regulations, practices and legislations
- Monitoring holiday entitlement and absences
- Completion of month-end schedules and supporting with year-end audits
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
In return the company is offering a competitive day rate depending on experience
