My client, a well-established and reputable organisation, based on the outskirts of Maidstone is looking to recruit a Payroll Officer to join them on a temporary basis.

Duties will include:

  • Responsible for processing and managing the complete Payroll function
  • Processing new starters, leavers, contract details and additional payments
  • Producing monthly reports including pensions and HMRC
  • Keeping up to date with relevant regulations, practices and legislations
  • Monitoring holiday entitlement and absences
  • Completion of month-end schedules and supporting with year-end audits

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

In return the company is offering a competitive day rate depending on experience
