Payroll Manager Job Description

MC Personnel is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Process and review payroll in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with HMRC rules and company policies.
  • Payroll Compliance: Stay current on regulations, benefits changes, and labour laws impacting the payroll process, and ensure compliance for all payroll tax jurisdictions.
  • Payroll Reporting: Prepare and review payroll reports, and investigate and resolve payroll queries.
  • Payroll Administration: Manage payroll year-end, P11Ds, and payrolling benefits, as well as salary sacrifice schemes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance Team and other stakeholders to provide excellent payroll service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, benefits, and labour laws, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in payroll or a related field.
