Health & Safety Trainer Our client, a lead manufacturing company who are known locally as an employer of choice, are on the look for a Health & Safety Trainer to join their team. Job Duties Conduct Health & Safety training for new starters Keep up to date with Health & Safety protocols Provide additional materials to enhance training. Document participant attendance, engagement and progress. Engage employees in new learning and development schemes. Monitor industry changes and adapted training to reflect trends and updates. Assess student progress to respond to additional support needs. Work with students in setting and achieving attainable learning goals. Essential Train the trainer qualification or equivalent Certified to deliver at least 4 of the following training: forklift, overhead cranes, abrasive wheels, Scissor lift, H&S, material handling and working at heights. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Minimum of 2 years experience in a training role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
