Sales Advisor – Removals & Storage

Location: Norwich, Norfolk

Salary: £26,000 + commission structure

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM with alternating Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales, particularly in the removals sector, to contribute to our growth and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct surveys with customers via telephone, video call, self-surveys, and in-person when needed.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to help drive business growth and achieve targets.
  • Handle incoming leads, inquiries, and quotations with professionalism, ensuring accurate pricing and a competitive edge.
  • Understand customer requirements and create tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Present and promote our range of services, including removals, insurance, and storage options.
  • Follow up promptly on all quotes, ensuring timely responses and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Upsell additional services such as enhanced insurance, packing services and dismantling services.
  • Use our CRM system to log customer interactions, track leads, and update records to ensure smooth follow-up and effective communication.


Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on revenue growth and achieving key business objectives.
  • Maintain strong conversion rates from initial inquiries to confirmed bookings.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of customer information and job progress, keeping records up to date.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure customer contact is maintained and any follow-ups are actioned within specified timeframes.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the removals or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Good understanding of customer needs and the competitive landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
  • Full U.K driving licence
