This role will be supporting a lady with Autism on a 2:1 Basis, She enjoys going out into the local shop and listening to music We will provide staff on a 24/7 basis.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Workers cover all manners of support for others - from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping.(RP to add and delete bullet points as appropriate)

Support with all facets of daily living.

Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.

Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members.

Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided.

Aid with light household chores which may include cooking, cleaning.
