Due to our continued success and rapid growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Class 2 Tipper Driver based at Tams Loup. Our culture has grown from family values and we are proud to have a committed and passionate team of over 400 people working in a variety of different roles delivering a unique combination of quality materials and service excellence for our customers.We also offer job security and regular overtime paid at an enhanced rate: £15.11per hour Overtime: Monday-Fridaytime and a half after 8 hours - £22.67 Saturdaytime and a half for the first 6 hours then double time Sundaydouble time £30.22KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out the delivery and collection of products to customer sites while maintaining company high standards of Health and Safety at all times. Maintain the company vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness to represent the company at all times. Comply with the WTD and EU driving rules to ensure full compliance is achieved with no infringements. Ensure HGV licence and CPC cards are up to date and valid. Asphalt delivery Concrete delivery Recycled products Internal stock delivery/transfer Ensure vehicle is clean, safe and legally roadworthy Defect reporting Manage drivers hours on tachograph Legally compliant breaksWHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? Valid HGV license with CPC card. Experience driving mixers would be beneficial. Experience working with digital tachographs. Strong awareness of Driver Regulations specifically relating to Driver Hours & Working Time Regulations. A keen interest and commitment to Health and Safety, and Environmental matters.
