Exciting Architecture Practice Seeks Experienced and Vibrant Bid Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bid Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing architecture practice on a fixed-term contract for circa 3 months. Located in central London, this practice is searching for a new team member to work closely with the Bid Manager and the Head of Business Development, within the New Business Team, to ensure the successful production and submission of high-quality bids and tenders for a range of exciting projects. You'll be a crucial part of the bid process, ensuring proposals are delivered on time and meet the required standards of excellence. This role is ideal for someone with experience with the public sector procurement process and an interest in the bid process, excellent written and spoken English, with attention to detail and accuracy. You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work well under pressure and ideally be familiar with CRM/ERP/PIM systems.
Key responsibilities could include:
Lead the end-to-end bid process, from compiling SQ responses to collating bid collateral from previous submissions and bid libraries. Compile, proofread, and review bid responses, ensuring they meet the practice's standards and are aligned with brand guidelines. Chair bid kick-off meetings, coordinate subsequent bid review meetings, and liaise with internal teams to ensure the best possible submissions. Ensure that all bids are fully supported with relevant collateral, including case studies, CVs, and images. Work with sub-consultants to gather necessary information for bids and ensure compliance with bid requirements. Manage tender portals—downloading bid documents, distributing responses, and raising queries when needed. Maintain and update the bid tracker database, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of bid management systems. The position is offered on a fixed-term contract with a view to a permanent position, thereafter.
