Bringing decades of experience in UAVs, robotics, and data operations, our team specializes in addressing the most demanding challenges with innovation and precision.Role DescriptionThe Regulatory and Safety Manager will lead StirlingX’s efforts to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards across the UK, European Union, and the USA. This role combines regulatory engagement, operational authorization development, submission and management, and safety oversight in a fast-paced un-crewed aviation environment. QualificationsDegree in aviation, engineering, safety, or related field. Proven experience in regulatory compliance and safety management in aviation or drone sectors.Proven experience in writing and submitting applications for Operational Authorizations Strong understanding of UK and international regulatory frameworks (CAA / MAA, EASA, FAA). Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in technical writing tools and Microsoft Office. Certifications such as ATPL H/A, CPL H/A, or General Visual Line Of Sight Certificate are desirable. Willingness to travel and work across jurisdictions.
