DescriptionClosing Date: 8th October 2025Contract Type: SupplySalary: 15.93 Per HourHours: 0 HoursStirling Council are looking for an Appropriate Adult to join us in delivering an Appropriate Adult Service across Forth Valley working on a supply basis (as and when required).Appropriate Adults provide communication support to those with a mental disorder aged 16 and over during police processes or investigations.Applicants therefore with the following experience are welcome to apply: Experience (in a professional voluntary or personal capacity) of working withAdults who have: a mental illness learning disability dementia Autism/ADHD and/or acquired brain injuries or related conditions. Experience of assisting vulnerable adults with communication support.The hourly rate of pay is 15.93 and you will be paid a monthly retainer fee of 150.RequirementsThe successful candidate must be flexible with their availability.
