Job Title: Social Worker – Falkirk TeamLocation: FalkirkRate: Up to £35 per hour Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for experienced and qualified Social Workers to join a busy team based in Falkirk. Your Responsibilities: You will undertake assessments and reviews, and where appropriate, commission services in line with departmental policies, procedures, and statutory guidance, such as The Care Act (2014). You will understand and take appropriate part in the department’s safeguarding adults’ procedures, including identification, investigation, and taking the role of Safeguarding Lead. Additionally, you will work closely with other teams, including undertaking joint assessments with providers, carers, and external agencies to deliver outcome-focused services to individuals and their families. You will fully comply with departmental policies and procedures and the Health and Care Professionals Council’s Code of Conduct for Social Workers, including the capability framework.
