Job Description SummaryAn exciting opportunity to work in the global Technical Support Team as the subject matter expert for Digital and Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics solutions. As part of this team you will be tasked with co-ordinating all Digital and RM&D technical support issues and be accountable for the complete issue resolution cycle for the Digital installed base. You will work closely with Product Managers helping define future requirements and be a key player in the adoption and roll out of Digital applications to the existing installed base. This role also extends to supporting the Services Digital strategy by helping implement new processes and tools to ensure our customers are receiving good value from the deployed tools and features. To do this you will partner with the Service managers for each segment and use an innovative approach to how we deliver service.Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities Be the Technical Support subject matter expert for Digital & Remote Monitoring solutions.Support the adoption and rollout of Digital apps to existing sites.Work with customers on Remote Monitoring and Digital installation challenges including high level cyber & networking support.Support the Digital drive for UK Services helping with identifying targets from the installed base.Support the existing Digital installed base ensuring sites assets are reconnected and remain connected and healthy by engaging with customers and local service teams.Define Service processes to enable lower issue-resolution times by using Digital apps and Remote Monitoring.Support the installation & commissioning for Digital and Remote Monitoring-based projects including FATs and other testing as required.Conduct site visits for installation/commissioning when needed.Interface with the wider global Remote Monitoring & Digital teams supporting colleagues on large projects across the globe.Deliver Visor & Digital training to UK & connected regions acting to train the trainer and creating a network of knowledgeable experts in these fields.Co-ordinate & manage Visor Portal and Digital Dashboard administration duties for the global installed base.Essential RequirementsA self-motivator and innovator not afraid to challenge the status quoAdvanced and demonstrated experience in driving change within Services to move to a Digitally-enabled model whilst looking after the existing installed base and being the subject-matter expert for global technical support.A proven technical background and is familiar with the Digital & Remote Monitoring apps.Desired CharacteristicsDegree in relevant technical field or equivalent relevant experience in this field.IT / networking knowledge.Industrial cyber security knowledge.Self-motivator & entrepreneur.Leadership characteristics.Clear communicator comfortable presenting to external customers.Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite for presenting data analysis and word processing.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: NoRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Children Activity,Access Control,Human Resources Administration,Government,Actuary,Hydraulics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
