Youll support our Senior Project Manager and Programme Manager on the RepU project within Civil Decommissioningcontributing to complex engineering design work that safeguards communities and the environment.Day-to-day youll be required to:Support recruitment onboarding and resource coordination for the programmeensuring new starters are set up efficiently and for successAssist with project planning scheduling actions-tracking and lowlevel project management activities including tracking of KPIsPrepare concise project reports dashboards and documentation to keep leadership and customers informed.Engage with stakeholdersinternal teams suppliers and clientsto progress actions and resolve queries.Coordinate meetings and deliverables maintaining accurate records and following up on decisions.This is a permanent position working 37 hours per week with an early finish on Fridays. This role is based in Warrington Cheshire and Preston Lancashire with an initial even split across both sites; the team plans to relocate to Chorley in due course.Essential experience of the Project Assistant:Awareness of the project lifecycle and how projects move from design through delivery.Demonstrable stakeholder engagement experience including clientfacing responsibilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint) and strong written and verbal communication skills.Qualifications for the Project Assistant:We value skills and experienceno specific formal qualification is essential for this role.Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
