A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a well-established and growing business in the Bolton area. Our successful clients are seeking an office-based Valuer, who will provide business valuations. The role involves speaking with clients via teams call, and providing a valuation for ongoing businesses. A background in B2B is advantageous and the ability to close for business, whilst speaking to a range of clients from a variety of different commercial backgrounds.
Working hours:
- Full Time
- Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
The successful Valuer will be offered:
- Basic salary up to £26,500
- Commission structure with on target earnings of £32,000

To be considered for the Valuer role you must have:
- Experience in Estate Agency
- Experience in B2B sales
- Ability to provide accurate information and to close for business
As a Valuer, your role will involve:
- Attending Teams meetings with business owners looking to sell their business
- Provide accurate information and have the ability to close for the instruction
- Manage and keep accurate CRM details
- Pro-actively generate new business
