The role involves finishing various products to remove rough areas and sharp edges, ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish. After training, candidates will progress to early and late rotating shifts. Key Duties Finish products to remove rough areas, sharp edges, and imperfections. Ensure all components meet the required quality standards. Work accurately and efficiently in a production environment. Follow all health and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Working Pattern Core Days: Monday-Thursday: 8am-4:45pm. Friday: 8am-12pm. Early / Late Rotating Shifts: Week 1: Monday-Thursday: 6am-2pm. Friday: 6am-11am. Week 2: Monday-Thursday: 2pm-10pm. Friday: 11am-4pm. Requirements Ability to perform precise manual work. Good attention to detail. Able to follow instructions and work to quality standards.
