Help ensure residents' voices shape a fairer borough by designing meaningful consultations and turning insights into real action. As a Consultation and Insight Officer, you'll help to ensure residents' voice is at the heart of decision making in the Council. You'll design and deliver consultation projects that truly listen to our communities, transforming data into insight and insight into impact. This is your chance to help shape policies and services that make life better for everyone in Kensington and Chelsea. Working Style: You'll be based in the borough for 3 days a week and work two days from home, playing a key role in serving the community. Whether you're working on the frontline or behind the scenes, you'll be part of a dedicated team making a real difference to residents' lives. What you'll be doing: You'll take the lead on designing and delivering a wide range of consultation projects, using both quantitative and qualitative methods - from surveys and focus groups to community workshops. Your work will feed directly into Council policy, strategy and service design, ensuring that residents' views drive real change. A key part of your role will be to promote excellence in consultation and engagement across the Council.
