About The Role
Euromonitor International
is looking for an experienced
Consumer Research Consultant
to join our
Consumer Insights practice
in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on global projects, delivering actionable insights that shape strategic decisions for leading brands.

As a
Consumer Insights Consultant
, you will be the go-to expert for custom survey design and consumer research within our Consulting division. You'll manage end-to-end survey projects, from scoping and pricing through to execution and delivery, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing consulting, offering variety and impact.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead Custom Survey Projects:

  • Design sampling plans and develop robust survey questionnaires tailored to client needs

  • Oversee survey programming, hosting, and data cleaning
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis (e.g., regressions, cluster analysis) and interpret results to generate actionable insights

  • Client Engagement & Business Development:

  • Partner with Consulting and Sales teams on proposals, pitches, and client calls

  • Present findings and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders

  • Drive Best Practices & Training:

  • Develop and deliver training sessions on survey methodologies

  • Maintain and enhance Euromonitor's custom survey resources and documentation

  • Thought Leadership:

  • Collaborate with our syndicated Consumer Insights team to expand survey offerings and share best practices globally

Requirements
What we're looking for:

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Proven experience in survey development and fielding management, including advanced techniques (conjoint analysis, maxdiff, Van Westendorp)

  • Past success managing projects with a survey or other consumer insights component
  • Proven experience and success developing high-quality survey questionnaires
  • Familiarity with qualitative research methods (focus groups, mobile ethnographies)
  • Proficiency in survey programming tools is a plus

  • Consulting & Communication Skills:

  • Strong ability to synthesise complex data into clear, compelling insights, producing summaries of research findings as well as 'big picture' stories

  • Excellent client-facing skills working directly with clients to offer the best custom survey solution and analysis for each project
  • with experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a group of creative individuals to produce highly polished and professional finished products
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
