Senior Grounds Person – £28,500 per year – Southwest London

The RAG, a prestigious 7-pitch, 26-acre sports complex in Southwest London, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Grounds person to join our dedicated Estates Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage day-to-day tasks such as mowing, marking out, fertilising, and other necessary maintenance.
Use and maintain all machinery safely and efficiently, with basic service and repair knowledge.
Experience with travelling irrigators is advantageous.
Carry out pitch renovations and growing in.
Perform additional duties as directed by the Head Groundsman or General Manager.

The Company

We are home to Championship rugby sides Richmond and London Scottish, as well as many other clubs, incorporating rugby union, rugby league, football and various other sports and tournaments.

Basic service and repair knowledge.
