Join Our Client as a Therapy Team Manager We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Therapy Team Manager to lead a specialist Allied Health Professionals team. This is a key leadership role, providing effective management, clinical expertise, and service development within a health and social care setting. Location: Hitchin  Salary: £31,746 - £33,388 per annum, pro-rata ️ Start Date: ASAP Working Pattern: 22.5hrs per week What you’ll do: Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the AHP team. Oversee service delivery from referral through to discharge, ensuring high-quality and person-centred care. Lead on clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives. Chair interdisciplinary team meetings and represent the organisation at external forums. Manage budgets, resources, and staff performance effectively. Maintain a small caseload within your area of clinical expertise. Support service development through research, audit, and evaluation. About you: BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy. HCPC registration (RCOT/CSP membership desirable). Significant post-registration experience with proven leadership in health/social care.
