TXM are supporting a world leader in Bus manufacturing and Bus redevelopment, we are looking to bolster the sales and account team following a successful year of growth. We are recruiting the following roles : New Sales – Bicester with travel (Hybrid) Account Manager x 2 (London, Midlands – Remote with travel) For these roles we are looking for the following experience : Engineer or Business school background At least 5 years successful Sales or Account Management experience in a B2B team of a fast-growing company. An experience in Product marketing is a bonus The knowledge of the Bus market in the UK is appreciated , but the profile should be able to ‘challenge the status quo’ At ease with Excel / PowerPoint tools Profile: High potential, who can grow to managerial positions Strong horizontal leadership Good presentation skills, Ability to craft clear messages At ease in uncharted territories Strongly motivated by the sustainability agenda Self-starter Confident without being pretentious Excellent interpersonal skills Fluent in English
