Contracts, Industry & Company Compliance AdministratorNottingham£30,000 - £40,000 per annum DOETeamJobs are recruiting on behalf of a specialist construction contracting service, working across ancillary products including Green Roofs and Solar PV. They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Contracts, Industry & Company Compliance Administrator to join their growing team.This is a full-time, permanent role offering excellent benefits and long-term career opportunities, with a chance to play a key part within their Major Accounts and Compliance functions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Major Accounts Manager with tender administration:Sourcing and using supply chain platforms/portals to log company details and respond to opportunitiesCompleting Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)Maintaining accurate records of Major Account transactionsChecking and reviewing contract documentationProvide general administrative support across Industry & Company compliance:Maintain ISO documents, including H&S documents, checklists and maintenance logsConduct internal audits throughout the year, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and company proceduresCommunicate audit findings and track actions through to completionMaintain complaints and compliments logsUpdate and manage the legislation registerMaintain industry memberships and subscriptions (Constructionline, CHAS, etc.)Represent the business during external audits with accreditation and trade bodiesPrepare the business for additional accreditations in line with growthAbout YouEssential:Strong organisational skillsExcellent IT skills and numerateClear and personable communicator (phone/Teams)High attention to detailAbility to build strong working relationshipsExperience within the construction industry, ideally in contract administration and/or complianceDesirable:Experience using AutoCADThis role may also suit a trainee Quantity Surveyor; ongoing studies would be supportedWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 DOE25 days annual leave (including a Christmas shutdown) + bank holidaysGenerous pension schemePrivate health and dental careDiscretionary bonusSupported training and professional development opportunitiesA supportive team environment that encourages growth and progressionIf you are dedicated and hardworking, apply now via TeamJobs and we'll be in touch
