Randstad Care is looking to grow our established sales team. You will work with local authorities and residential services, offering bespoke care packages for adults and children. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Role Summary- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the care sector.
- Strong understanding of the North West market, with a network of contacts in the sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to analyse data and generate sales reports.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
