You will join a company with a worldwide reach a clear purpose and ambitious growth plans.We are currently looking for aSales Leader / Divisional Leader (f/m/d) Animal Health - Region UKWhat You Will Do:After intensive training on products biosecurity and our farm-to-fork approach to animal production you will be responsible for the sales management of all distributors and importers in your territory in the UK.Managing the Sales Budget of the region with an ambition and commitment to achieve double-digit growth rates.Improving skills of the sales teams as our local partners: through professional trainings and field visits at key accounts.Technical support: answering all types of technical questions related to our products and biosecurity proposing solutions (with support of Global Animal Health Product Management).Commercial guidance such as follow-up on pricing and orders together with our customer service etc.You will report to the Animal Health Sales Leader and together we will establish your action plan and sales targets based on agreed strategies. You introduce new products prepare strategic discussions on how to grow the business etc.Coaching and leading a team of eight sales associates.Building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with your partners in your territory.Minimum Qualifications:Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; any other language would be a plus.University degree in Animal Science Veterinary Engineering or Business.B2B sales working experience dynamic and entrepreneurial (core value).People management experience.Ideally in-depth knowledge of animal production with specific knowledge either species-related (poultry or swine) or in the health- or nutritional field.Willingness to travel 60% of your time in your territory.Whats in it For You:Working in a dynamic and international company where entrepreneurship innovation personal relationships collaboration and customer service are top priorities.Attractive and competitive salary and fringe benefits.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills ERP Sales,Hotel Reception,Loans,Accident Investigation,Fire Alarm Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
