After more than 20 years of development, Chery’s sales and services network covers more than 80 countries and regions and has won the trust of 11 million consumers worldwide.Main Responsibilities:Review and publish warranty policy and relevant documentation to the Dealer network.Manage all the UK Dealer Network warranty claims through the OMODA warranty approval system.Perform warranty audits (virtual and on-site) when required.Validation and application of technical bulletins and campaigns into the UK market.Ensure compliance with the British consumer and privacy laws.Liaise with local authorities to ensure warranty processes and procedures are complying with the standards of the UK motor industry.Responsible to write and deliver (if required) warranty related training courses to the Dealer network.Liaise with the Technical Support team ensuring one-voice value is promoted within the department.Manage goodwill applications through the Dealer network and liaise with the management team to review and validate requests.Monitor and report relevant KPI’s to warranty function (claims, trends, supplier recovery)Develop the OMODA warranty approval system along with rest of the Aftersales team, ensuring key functionalities and reporting mechanisms are available.Other relevant tasks of the Aftersales Department.Requirements: Experienced in managing warranty operations including analysis of data and reporting.Ability to influence and engage at all levels to maximise Aftersales share of voice.Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Full and clean driving license.
