About the role This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional School Partnerships Development Manager to join our Admissions team.Oxford Summer Courses is part of the Summer Discovery group and is looking to expand its presence in the education sector, working with schools to build long-lasting and trusted relationships with stakeholders across the region. There will be opportunities for the candidate to travel in this role. The candidate will be responsible for representing Oxford Summer Courses and Summer Discovery Programmes at school events across the Middle East, Europe and the UK. It is therefore essential that the candidate is a self-driven individual who has the ability to achieve targets and has a track record of staying organised under pressure in a fast-paced environment- a company with a large contact base. Main DutiesProspect and qualify schools with high potential to send students to Oxford Summer Courses and Summer DiscoveryDevelop and nurture long term relationships with school partners by working with counsellors, heads and admissions teamsDrive outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and in person networking to new and existing school in our databaseIdentify AI and outreach tools that support systematic follow up to improve response ratesRepresent Oxford Summer Courses and Summer Discovery at school fairs and in front of studentsEstablish and develop personable and valuable relationships with all key stakeholders for admissions including schools, students, career guidance, counsellors, and parentsUse a CRM to organise a pipeline of interested students and keep accurate student records to support our delivery teamDemonstrate a high level of product knowledge by building relationships and representing Oxford Summer Courses and Summer Discovery to schoolsProvide a monthly report to senior leadership on activities, engagements with schools, and interests and objections from students, and parents Seek out further opportunities such as groups, tenders, or bespoke programs to expand our student baseSupport the wider sales team in reaching out to schools during September to December before our peak season.Practical detailsLocation: Oxford based with travel in Europe and the Middle EastStart: Immediate Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonus (up to £15,000 OTE)Minimum requirements:5+ years Experience in working in the education sector and preferably working with schools Proven track record in salesComfortable with cold outreach, prospecting and building new relationshipsExcellent written and spoken communication and natural consultative sales skills Strong IT competencies (G suite) A self-driven candidate who has the ability to set up a new sales channel from the ground upResilient and target driven and motivated in KPI led environments An ability to make connections with a variety of stakeholders in the International Education Sector CRM experience and managing a pipelineDesired experience:An existing network of international education partnersB2B and/ or B2C sales experience Enthusiasm for providing rich educational experiences to a diverse student populationKnowledge of outreach platforms and AI tools for booking meetings - for example LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Languages such as Arabic, Spanish or French a plusWhat's in it for you:A rare chance to build a sales channel from scratch and make a measurable impactMarketing and training support.Travel opportunities.Application Details:We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis, early application is encouraged.
