Key Responsibilities:

  • People Leadership: Foster a positive, people-first culture within the hotel. Youll be a mentor, coach, and role model for your team, helping them grow and succeed in their roles. Your leadership will create an environment where team members feel appreciated, motivated, and empowered to deliver their best work.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management. Youll be hands-on, with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that everything from guest services to housekeeping is delivered to the highest standard.

  • Financial Management: Drive the financial success of the hotel by managing budgets, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Your commercial acumen will ensure that the Balmoral Arms continues to thrive while maintaining its reputation for excellence.
