Working with market-leading data digital tools and GenAI and learning from experienced consultantsDevelop your consulting practical and technical skills on our 9-month FAST START training programmeUse your creativity and analytical skills to turn data into meaningful conclusions and insightsDraft reports and exhibits that incorporate impactful data visualisation and storytelling for clientsGain exposure to real client assignments with opportunities to begin building relationships with high-profile clients across a range of sectorsAssist clients with drafting their Directors Remuneration Report - a key part of their Annual ReportBroaden your understanding of our client solutions and the digital platforms and AI applications that are reshaping our industryContinuously develop your skills in the areas that align with your talents and interestsThe work we do in ECBA is challenging and hugely varied.
