The business have modern offices close to public transport and have free parking.DescriptionMortgage Adviser & Complaints Handler, Basingstoke:Answering high volume inbound calls within the agreed service levels from intermediariesand solicitorsProviding outstanding customer service - Investigating complex queriesLiaising with customers, brokers, sales, finance FOS and others to resolve queriesAdhere to service standards as set out in the policies and procedures manualReducing the application to offer time. I accomplished and met my KPIs within 3 months ofstartingChasing for any outstanding documentation required to offer the caseSending requirements to brokersDealing with customer quires by phone, email and postManaging a pipeline of casesBuilding a close relationship with the sales team and Underwriters to enhance the processfrom both a service and quality perspectiveProfileMortgage Adviser & Complaints Handler, Basingstoke:You will have worked in FSA regulated environment - Ideally within property, mortgages or savings environmentYou will have worked with FOS (Financial Ombudsman Service)You will be really strong in looking into complex financially based customer complaintsYou will have strong interpersonal skills Please Note: In an effort to save your time I am keen to highlight that without the above experience you will not get an interview.
