National Account Manager Global Contract Catering

responsibilities#STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT Drive and develop the channel strategy incorporating both the push strategy with the RTM team and pull strategy through the customers and field teamIdentify and open up new distribution opportunitiesBuild and execute marketing initiatives across all sectors ensuring mutual benefit for both Red Bull and the customer#achievement of agreed volume profit & net revenue targets Deliver against targets which are driven by a clear business plan that caters to both Customer and Red Bull prioritiesUnlock significant distribution through building effective JBPs with each of the sector leads and buyers by customer#customer contact strategyProactively manage the customer contact strategy to remove obstacles to progress and drive the account forwardBuild maintain and seek out new relationships with key contacts within each sector through timely meetings communication and presentations to ensure the development of the overall business planBe an expert of the global contract catering customers. Be informed and knowledgeable of the market competitor movements and strategies#red bull contact strategyBuild and maintain internal contact strategy to help meet overall account KPIsCollaborate with Red Bull Global HQ team and cross functional teams including Field Sales Category Logistics Finance Brand & Shopper teams.#category expertiseBe the expert in Category Consumer and Customer covering both your customer and Red BullLead the sales and category relationship to ensure Red Bull is viewed as a credible category partnerWork closely with internal category contacts and utilise insights to influence customer buying teams#Success factorsDrive distribution for Red Bull across the global contract caterersDevelop strong internal and external relationshipsAchievement of volume profit and net revenue targetsTeam development share best practice within team and wider teamBrand Ambassador to be an advocate of the brand. Brilliant delivery of the World of Red Bull to all key external contacts and consumers Qualifications : experience NeededExperience in working with the global contract caterers and proven track record of growing distribution within these customersProven account management and P&L accountabilityExperience building and managing complex relationships both internally and with key external contactsExperience of negotiating and running a joint business planExperience of high-level negotiation and complex commercial agreementsExcellent communication time management organisational and presentation skillsEntrepreneurial self-starter with a focus on results and the customertravelTravel across all the UK will be required/expected to meet key contactsAdditional Information : At Red Bull we exist to give people wiiings.
