Responsibilities:The Commercial Aviation Value Streams in Civil Aerospace has full Profit and Loss Accountability delivering the financial outcomes for the Trent XWB and Trent Fleet and Mature Engines portfolio. We are in an exciting phase of growth delivering significant operating profit for Civil Aerospace whilst taking a leading role in propelling the organisation to world class levels of financial and operational performance. The opportunities that lie ahead of us are significant and the Value Streams are laying the foundations for the future.Working in the Civil Aerospace People Teamyoull beleading the people agenda developing and implementing plans to ensure the right level of talent organisation capabilities and culture.
